Karen Whiteman

Founder

Leveraging her extensive experience working for and with non-profits, Karen is the reason why Flywheel exists! She is passionate and a visionary and truly understand the non-profit sector in Alberta.

Tayler Amatto

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Combining her professional experience as a management consultant with her passion for the community, Tayler has a proven record of creating value for non-profits in a pro-bono consulting landscape.

Staci Dawidowski

Director, Learning and Development

With work experience in management consulting across Canada, Staci joined the Flywheel leadership team to use her skillset to contribute to the nonprofit sector. Staci will be focused on building a learning and development program to support the growth of the Volunteer Consultant network.

Deb has been heavily involved in volunteering for various nonprofits. Passionate about digital software and coupled with her people-oriented skill-set, Deb is excited to manage the recruitment activities and social media accounts for Flywheel.
