Social Enterprise Business Plan

Calgary-based organization operating a social enterprise bike shop since the fall of 2017.  While the social enterprise had quickly become a significant part of their fundraising, allowing the organization to further diversify their income streams and further give back to the community, the shop was lacking a strong vision for areas to focus on next.  Flywheel hosted a visioning workshop to help the team define the next 3 years as well as additional revenue generating opportunities.   

Communications Strategy 

Alberta-based organization representing numerous nonprofits in the Province.  Flywheel was engaged to work with stakeholders from numerous different organizations to define key messages to best promote the nonprofit sector and ways to best communicate those messages.  

Corporate Sponsorship Strategy and "Pitch" Deck

Calgary-based organization looking to increase and diversify their corporate sponsorships for a new program.  Flywheel helped identify a formal plan for who should be engaged, when they should be engaged and how they should be engaged along with tiered sponsorship options.  In addition, Flywheel put together a "pitch deck" for the organization to easily tailor to different corporations.
